National Cobot Day 2019 program
Reinoud Risseeuw, R&D project leader at Unitron, talks about the experiences within his organization with the implementation and use of their cobot. The application in which the cobot works is a semi-automated polyurethane processing system with a very high accuracy.
Cobot application where operator and robot work closely together
Robot system integrator ROBEX gives you insight into the practical implementation of a cobot FANUC CR-7iA / L at AUDI Brussels. This in an application for quality control on the battery tray of the AUDI E-TRON. The FANUC collaborative robot was even placed upside down on a linear track of 7 meters; making this project a special challenge for all parties involved. This installation contains just about every possible technical facet that is possible with a cobot and therefore makes it an interesting case to study. We go through the entire process from engineering to delivery.
Gerard van Gelderen, Control Engineer at Itho Daalderop, presents the applications of 2 cobots that work at Itho Daalderop. They do not only work with cobots, but also with industrial robots. The cobots are used to seal their products and palletize boxes with finished products.
Workshops programming cobot
By operating the cobot yourself via a teach pendant, laptop or hand guidance, you can really experience how the cobot works for yourself. To give you the opportunity to do comparative commodity research, you can follow the workshops for several cobots one after the other. The workshops are given at the cobot stand itself and last approximately 30 minutes. We do ask you to register for this, here or on the day itself, as there is limited space.
